For the almost-bride

Your face, only more you.

Modern bridal makeup for the moments you will remember in detail. Skin that still looks like skin, with a little Ochre Room magic.

The Ochre Room way

Quiet detail. Lasting feeling.

There is no single bridal look. We begin with your features, your clothes, and the feeling you want to carry into the room.

01

Skin first

Thoughtful preparation and light, buildable layers keep your complexion fresh, comfortable, and recognisably yours.

02

Quiet detail

Every decision has a reason, from the shape of the eye to the warmth of the cheek. Nothing is added just for the photograph.

03

Camera ready

Soft definition is balanced for daylight, dinner light, and all the close-up moments in between.

The experience

A calm hour before the beautiful blur.

We make space to talk before we make up. Bring the references you keep returning to, the dress you cannot stop thinking about, or simply a sense of what feels like you.

On the day, the chair is a small pause. We work with a considered pace, a clean kit, and an eye for the details that make you feel quietly extraordinary.

Come as you are.
We will find the look from there.

A little preparation

Three easy things to know.

01

Tell us the feeling

Share your date, your plans, and what you want to see when you look in the mirror.

02

Meet for a trial

A trial gives us time to test the shape, finish, and details at an unhurried pace.

03

Keep the morning yours

We will agree the timing and essentials ahead of the day, so you can stay present.

Let us begin

Tell us about your day.

Use the short note and we will come back with the right next step. No perfect brief required.

Good to know

Before we meet.

Do you recommend a trial?

Yes. A trial gives us room to explore your look and make thoughtful adjustments before the wedding morning.

How should I prepare my skin?

Keep your routine familiar, stay hydrated, and avoid trying new active products immediately before we meet. We will talk through the rest.

Can you work with a natural makeup preference?

Absolutely. Natural can still be defined and considered. We will focus on even, comfortable skin and the details you want to notice.

What should I bring to a trial?

References are welcome, as are photos of your dress, jewellery, and the setting. Your honest reactions are the most useful thing to bring.

Can you look after more than one person?

Depending on the timing and the size of your morning, we can discuss a small group booking during your enquiry.

Do you travel for wedding mornings?

Travel can be discussed once we know the date and plans. Include the broad shape of your morning in your message and we will advise on fit.
